How Scaling with LAL audiences works

Leadza analyzes all the audiences in your Ad Account, prioritize lower funnel traffic and suggests which lookalike audiences you will be testing first. The best place to start for a successful lookalike campaign is with the people who have already converted (submitted a lead form, made a purchase, etc.). Depending on your marketing budget the system may suggest where your next best area of qualified traffic is to test along with your "converter" audience.These can also be considered first-priority lookalikes.

Leadza breaks out your audience sources by the campaign and your ad-sets by audience size. As the result the system automatically runs a Test with the combination of your best ads/placements and new targeting options. This allows for more granular analysis and lets Facebook optimize more efficiently.

When your Test is live the system identifies what ad sets are performing well and increase the budget if the frequency indicates there's more reach available. In a several days after campaign is launched the system identifies segments of your lookalike campaigns that you can test new ad creative with to improve performance and suggests more optimization tips. As the result you can effectively scale your campaigns.


How to set up Scaling with LAL audiences

After you log in to Leadza, connect a virtual assistant in your Facebook Messenger and get a list of suggestions for your ad accounts connected to the system. While analyzing your ad campaigns Leadza will suggest you to run a Split Test with the combination of your best ads/placements and new targeting options. This suggestion includes:

  • Four lookalike audiences you will be testing first (usually it's 1%, 3%-1%, 5%-3%-1%, 9%-5%-3%-1% LAL's for your top converting custom audiences)
  • Effective budget and schedule of your Split Test campaign

    You can change your Optimization goal from Conversions (for example) to any other event (even ROAS) depending on your final marketing goal. Changing the optimization goal means the system will focus on it while comparing the effectiveness of different ad sets between each other.

    If you have some outdated ad sets in your campaigns simply ask the system to analyze only those which are active.

    You can choose a country to make sure you target the right audience and do not let the system to take into analysis other countries from your Ad Account.

    Choosing the number of new ad sets will help you to set the limits of your test depending on your budget and how aggressively you want to scale.
